What exactly do we do?

We deliver fully trained, professional cold callers and CSR’s to help you support and grow your business.

How are my virtual assistants trained?

We host training sessions beginning every Monday. The entire process takes about a week for cold callers and two weeks for customer service reps. We tailor our training to the specific tasks that you require as the business owner/manager, and are proficient in a variety of freight-related platforms and processes.

Cold callers can be trained to prospect new accounts, make sales calls, enter data into a CRM/ERP/WMS, and manage email campaigns. Our callers expect to make about 150 cold calls per day which typically yields about 20 warm leads.

Customer service reps take a bit longer to train depending on the tasks that you need help with. Some of these include tracking and tracing shipments, collecting W&I documents for re-bills, and quoting and booking freight orders. We find the right people to help support your business, freeing you up to spend more of your time doing what you do best.

How do they generate and qualify leads?

Cold callers can work with any lists that you provide, or we can train them to prospect new business using readily available tools like web searches and databases. We recommend using your caller to generate warm leads for your sales or operations team to close and manage.  

How do they get paid? Do they make commission?

Unlike some of our competitors, we don’t take any kind of a monthly mark-up on your virtual assistant’s pay. Once we complete the training and placement process, they’re yours. It’s your responsibility to pay your rep directly every two weeks and there are several easy ways to do this. You are not required to pay any commission, but we recommend incentivizing them to get the most out of your relationship.

(optional) Email Marketing Platform - $500 one-time fee, then $100 starting fee per month depending on the amount of leads that are generated.

Virtual Rep Salary - $500/month, more if you decide to add incentives or commissions

Email Access - $5/month or free depending on platform

Phone System - $35/month average, we recommend using Nextiva
