How does the process work?

Everyone has different needs and expectations. Try to be as detailed as possible and we will let you know what we feel will best suit your business.

The Hunt.

After we go through our thorough interview process, we find your candidate, we will get them ready for training.

Training.

During this process, we will make sure the new hire is ready to perform all the necessary tasks they will be given. We will make sure they understand what is expected from you and how to be successful.

 

Meet and Greet.

Your hire is now ready to meet you and your team. This is just a simple way to introduce them to your company and go over any questions you may have for them.

Deployment.

Your hire is now ready to go to work and will start to bring home the bacon. They will know exactly what you need moving forward and what is required to make this journey successful for both parties.

Ongoing management.

Every hire will need additional coaching/training on a regular basis if you want them to continue to prosper. Please make sure to communicate with them so they know what you need and how they can continue
